Vicki Bolton is a Senior Vice President and Head of Account Management at Burrell Communications Group and has been with the company for more than a decade. In this role, she leads and oversees the activities of the account management department, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction, team performance, budget and resource management, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Before her tenure with the agency, she held leadership roles with Arnold Worldwide, The Kaplan Thaler Group, Two by Four/twoxfour, and her own firm, VB Consulting.

At Burrell, in addition to her role as Head of Account Management, Vicki is responsible for the management and strategic growth of the Toyota North America account. Prior to her current role, she served as SVP, Managing Director of the Toyota business. A key member of the newly restructured agency senior leadership team, her experience spans both general market and multicultural sectors, having worked with brands such as Toyota, McDonald’s, General Mills, Oscar Mayer, Allstate Insurance, and Navy Pier. She has garnered many industry awards for her outstanding leadership in guiding performance-driven work.

Vicki first came to Burrell in 2001 as Account Supervisor, where she served for one year before being elevated to Account Director, and then to Vice President within just three years. Critical to Vicki’s success has been her ability to forge partnerships with her clients built upon collaboration, trust, and mutual respect. Just as important is her keen understanding of, adherence to, and appreciation for process and transparency.

A proud advertising graduate of Michigan State University, she has distinguished herself as an enthusiastic, curious marketer whose work is driven by compelling insights, on-point strategy, and bold, culturally relevant creative that drives client results. In her spare time, Vicki pursues her passions of family, motorsports, photography, and travel.
